All FFL transfers will take place on site. There is a $35 FFL Transfer fee for up to 3 guns. If you purchase more than 3 guns, another $35 fee will be added up to 6 Guns. Transfers on pick-up days may have delays, PLEASE be patient! If you would rather make an appointment for a transfer, please call Colt at 605-929-6673 to set up a time.   All FFL Paperwork will be done through an authorized FFL dealer. There will be a $35.00 transfer fee added to your invoice. All buyers must follow the gun laws of the state you reside in. Must be 21 to purchase ALL firearms. All out of state purchases must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state. Any Shipping/Expenses required will be at the expense of the buyer. FFL transfers will be done on site. All purchasers are required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, transfer, possession, and ownership of firearms and ammunition in the state of their legal residence. Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any firearm and at least 18 years of age to purchase any ammunition. A valid government-issued photo identification shall be required at the time of pickup. All out-of-state firearm purchases must be shipped to an authorized FFL dealer within the purchaser’s state of residence. All shipping costs, transfer fees, and any other associated expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
